40% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 40% Syrah
With its adjoining enclosed plot, the vineyard at Château Les Pins now boasts 95 acres of vines, including 57 acres of red grapes. The exceptional soil imbues the wine with excellent aging potential, making it one of the Roussillon greats.
This wine is a blend of 40% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, and 40% Syrah, aged for 12 months in oak (one-third new, one-third one-year-old, one-third two-year-old barrels). Warm and elegant, this lively and delicious wine stands out for its complexity, finesse, and roundness on the palate.
