2019 David Large Beaujolais "Piranha"

ABV: 12.5%
Bright ruby in color with bright and vibrant cherry aromas. Fruit-driven and rich on the palate with flavors of plum and red berries, followed by a smooth and lasting finish. Vinified with minimal interventions using semi-carbonic maceration in concrete vats for 8 days. The finished wine is unfiltered; sulfited at setting.
This is indeed one of our favorites, but don't just take our word for it. Tom Kitchin, who won a Michelin Star at the young age of 29, also described it as an "Outrageously good Beaujolais.”
